Postage & Delivery

All orders are shipped either same day or within 1- 2 business days. During peak periods (sale, Xmas, etc) please allow up to 10 -15 business days for your order to be despatched. Please allow for longer despatch time during the pandemic as we might experience staff shortages.

Please check to make sure your postal address is correct. Please let us know as soon as possible if your address is incorrect. If your item has already been confirmed as shipped, we cannot amend your order or address. We will not be responsible for your parcel if the address is incorrect. If your parcel is sent back to us, you as the buyer is responsible for any additional postage costs to resend the parcel back to you.

We are unable to provide refunds on shipping, even for multiple orders bundled in the same parcel. The reasons for this are:

  • This process is time consuming, and as we have high volume of orders, this reduces our efficiency due to increased admin time.
  • We do incur higher postage fees as weight increases
  • Some payment providers don't refund the merchant fees even when we refund customers.

Loss/Delay Caused By Australia Post

We are not responsible for any loss or delays caused by Australia Post. Australia Post do not guarantee the delivery date of your package. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipment destination and local customs laws. As a general guideline, please allow 3 to 10 business days for regular post and 2 to 7 business days for express post.

Australia Express Post

Please be sure your location is covered by Australia Post’s Express Post Network before paying for this service as this is non-refundable.

The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. If your item is for an address outside this network, Australia post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by their Next Day Guarantee.

*Any dates for delivery are a guide only and are calculated on the basis that parcels and letters will be lodged on the send date by the relevant close off time at the Australia Post retail outlet or street posting box. Any dates for delivery do not take into account public holidays and are subject to change at the discretion of Australia Post.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our showroom at Level 27, 101 Collins Street, Melbourne. Please select Pickup at checkout.

You must bring a valid Photo ID and the order number when collecting your order. If you wish for another person to collect your order, please contact us with their name. They must bring the order number and their photo ID, plus have your authority to collect.

We ask that any orders placed via Click & Collect should be collected within 7 business days. After this period, we may contact the customer and give them 28 days written notice that we intend to dispose of the goods, should they remain uncollected after this period. 


We generally offer pre-orders for incoming new products and restocks. This allows our customers to secure a bottle when stock is potentially limited. An estimated date is given on the product thumbnail but this may be subject to change. 
Please note that any orders containing pre-orders will be shipped once all items are in-stock. We will not partially fulfil orders. If you wish for in-stock products to be dispatched immediately, please order these separately.


Within Australia

Standard Post (3-10 business days):  Flat rate $15

NOTE: we reserve the right to ask for your personal identity (ID) before shipping orders, in that case, ID needs to be provided within 24 hours, otherwise your order will be cancelled. 

International Shipping

Flat Rate $50. Customers outside Australia must pay via Paypal or orders will be cancelled.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from which will include your tracking number. You can track your order at 

Once a tracking number has been provided, this means that your order is being picked and packed. During periods of high order volume, there may be a delay on collection. Tracking will be updated once the parcel has been collected and scanned by Australia Post, so please monitor your tracking for updates.  


We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.



In Australia, if your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team here Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you. Please ensure that you do contact us within this timeframe so that we can lodge an enquiry with Australia Post, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for a loss or damaged parcel.
