All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Please check to make sure your postal address is correct. Please let us as soon as possible if your address is incorrect. If your item has already been confirmed as shipped, we cannot amend your order or address. We will not be responsible for your parcel if the address is incorrect. If your parcel is sent back to us, you as the buyer is responsible for any additional postage costs to resend the parcel back to you.
All of our items require signature upon delivery.
Loss/Delay Caused By Australia Post
We are not responsible for any loss or delays caused by Australia Post. Australia Post do not guarantee the delivery date of your package. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipment destination and local customs laws. As a general guideline, please allow 3 to 10 business days for regular post and 2 – 5 for express post.
Australia Express Post
Please be sure your location is covered by Australia Post’s Express Post Network before paying for this service as this is non-refundable.
The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. If your item is for an address outside this network, Australia post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by their Next Day Guarantee.

*Any dates for delivery are a guide only and are calculated on the basis that parcels and letters will be lodged on the send date by the relevant close off time at the Australia Post retail outlet or street posting box. Any dates for delivery do not take into account public holidays and are subject to change at the discretion of Australia Post.

Express Post is not available for dangerous goods (perfumes, except solid perfumes), hence if you order nail polishes or perfumes and pay for express shipping, your order will be sent via standard shipping (road transport), and the difference will be refunded back to your original account.
FREE Express Shipping for orders equal to or over AUD 200.
Australia Post Standard (2-6 business days): Flat rate $7.12
Australia Post Express (1-3 business days): Flat rate $8.52. Please note, Australia Post Express shipping is not available for flammables, so if you are purchasing fragrances with alcohol content, please choose Australia Post Standard shipping.
DHL Express (3-5 business days): Flat rate $29

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
WHAT ABOUT LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS?
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team via email@example.com Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST. If you have not received your order within 6 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We ship worldwide!
Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
