Water-Based
These fragrances use water as a solvent rather than alcohol, which is traditionally used. Unlike alcohol, water does not dissolve oil particles, so these fragrances are emulsions, meaning that some new technologies must be used to assist with the spread and diffusion of the fragrant oils.
Some people prefer not to use alcohol-based perfumes for personal, health, or religious reasons, and now there are ways to enjoy the benefits of a spray instead having to rely on oil-based fragrances which can be messy or impractical.
