Salted Green Mango


Mamoung Bao (Bao Mango), native to Southern part of Thailand and Malaysia, has small dark green skin, it's sour and tart. Most mangoes commonly eaten while ripe but this type of mango should be eaten while still green. Easiest way to enjoy this delicacy is dipping it in chilli salt.

Perfumer Prin Lomros' inspiration came from memories of childhood : the food, the sea and the uniqueness of southern part of Thailand where he grew up.
