Parfum d'Empire

In praise of weeds

Mal-Aimé takes a rare organic essence of the flowering 'weed' of inula, which is found all over Corsica, paying homage to its rustic beauty. Inula can be described as herbal, honeyed and floral. This is perhaps the first time its essence has been used in a fine fragrance.

Marc-Antoine Corticchiato has surrounded inula with a band of the unloved and the prickly - thistles, brambles and nettles. Mal-Aimé celebrates the beauty of Corsica via these hardy plants that thrive in an environment where others would struggle.
