Holiday Trading Hours

Dear LKNU Customers, 

Please find below the holiday trading hours for our Collins Street Showroom and Office:

Showroom / Office

Our Showroom and Office will close from 23 December 2023 and reopen 16 January 2024. 

All online orders and click collect placed by 21 December will ship or be ready for pickup same day or by 22nd December.

Any orders placed on 22 December onwards will be fulfilled after we re-open on 16 January. Please note that we will not be responding to emails or enquiries during this period. No Private Shopping appointments or ScentMe bookings will be available during this period.

Click and Collects:

During the period that our Office is closed, any Click and Collects that are already marked Ready for Collection are still able to be collected from the Reception on Level 27, 101 Collins Street as per the building's opening times:

Open Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM, except:

From Monday 25th December (Christmas Day) to Wednesday 1 January: CLOSED
