A descendent of the Guerlain family, Patricia de Nicolaï founded the house of Nicolaï in 1989, and her creations such as New York, Number One and Patchouli Intense have been highly acclaimed since.
Patricia is also the president of the Osmotheque in Versailles, the world's most esteemed fragrance museum. Here, she is responsible for maintaining a library of vintage and history fragrances and formulas.
Respected critic Luca Turin said of New York: ""It is one of the greatest masculines ever, and probably the one I would save if the house burned down. Reader, I wore it for a decade.""
In addition to her own brand, Patricia has also created Un Coeur En Mai and Les Rivage Des Syrtes for MDCI.
