As a perfumer, FILIPPO SORCINELLI embodies a philosophy where life becomes art and art becomes life. Brand and perfumer are indistinguishable from one another: a crisscrossing that renders experiences and ideas into smell, drawing inspiration from architecture, film, poetry, music, spirituality, and real-world events, the list goes on - the possible sources of inspiration for Sorcinelli are boundless.

A professionally trained organist, and tailor to two Catholic popes, with an inclination for the metaphysical, perfumery becomes an olfactory tailoring dedicated to the passions, a poetry of the most sincere expression, without artifice.

Conceptualist, and definitely impressionistic at times, Atmosphere d'Emotion is a collection of olfactory portraiture that takes the weather as its subject. Fog (Nebbia) and rain (Pioggia), their texture, their altering effects on light, their engulfing nature - all of these aspects are rendered in fragrance.
